Step 1 Logistics organization

Once the order is confirmed, our team will contact you and your service providers to organize the construction site.

Step 2 Mobilization of the installation team

Our SANISPHERE team actively participates in the smooth running of the project.

Step 3 Delivery of the prefabricated building

The building can be delivered on a low-loader trailer, by 4×4, truck, boat, or helicopter, depending on the access conditions to the site.

Step 1 Earthworks

Generally completed in a single day, this work is entrusted by you to a local Public Works company (can be managed by SANISPHERE).

Step 2 Installation of auxiliary materials

Our team provides and installs all of these materials (DELTA MS, stainless steel mesh, manholes, etc.).

Step 3 Building cranage

Our buildings are prefabricated in the factory; they can be lifted using a mechanical shovel, a telehandler, a crane, or by helicopter.

Step 4 Urine management

We offer several solutions for managing effluents: network connection, storage tanks, settling tank + drainage trench

Step 5 Commissioning

As soon as the work is finished, SANISPHERE toilets are immediately ready for use! You are free to complete the finishing touches around the building (grass, concrete slab, asphalt, etc.).

5. Exchanges with MOE and MOA: We coordinate with all project stakeholders to ensure alignment.

6. Simplified pre-study option: For small projects, we offer a rapid assessment.

What happens during the construction phase?

The construction phase includes 3 main steps:

1. Team deployment to the site: Our technicians travel to validate the site conditions and installation requirements.

2. Installation and connection of our systems: Our specialized technicians install and connect all components of the integrated toilet kit.

3. Commissioning and functional verification: We verify that all systems are working correctly and that the toilet is ready for users.

Natural ventilation (standard):

• Zero electricity
