Installation

Installation of Sanisphere eco-responsible sanitary blocks in 1 day

SANISPHERE TECHNOLOGY

For over 30 years, Sanisphere has developed a naturally intelligent technology that is revolutionizing public toilets.

Our approach is based on a simple and ingenious principle: the separation of solid and liquid matter, combined with a natural treatment ecosystem.

Discover how we have created toilets that never clog, are odorless, waterless, and manage themselves.

Step 1: Confirming Your Order

As soon as your order is confirmed, our sales team will assist you with the installation of the bathroom unit during an on-site visit, taking into account all the factors necessary for proper operation (sunlight exposure, orientation, door placement, risk assessment including geohazards, etc.). We will then provide you with a complete technical dossier to connect you with our operations department so you can prepare for the installation.

Once the order is confirmed, our team will contact you and your contractors to organize the project.

Our SANISPHERE team is actively contributing to the smooth progress of the construction project.

The building can be delivered by low-bed trailer, 4×4, truck, boat, or helicopter, depending on site access conditions.
Step 1 Earthworks
Generally completed in a single day, this work is entrusted by you to a local Public Works company (can be managed by SANISPHERE).
Our team provides and installs all of these materials (DELTA MS, stainless steel mesh, manholes, etc.).
Our buildings are prefabricated in the factory; they can be lifted using a mechanical shovel, a telehandler, a crane, or by helicopter.
We offer several solutions for managing effluents: network connection, storage tanks, settling tank + drainage trench
As soon as the work is finished, SANISPHERE toilets are immediately ready for use! You are free to complete the finishing touches around the building (grass, concrete slab, asphalt, etc.).

How long does the preparatory phase last?
The preparatory phase generally lasts 4 to 8 weeks depending on the complexity of your project. This duration varies based on:
• The complexity of your existing building
• Regulatory and environmental constraints (ABF, ERP, protected areas)
• The number of exchanges with your project management and client teams
• The availability of all project stakeholders
• Any requested modifications or adjustments
For simple projects, we also offer a simplified pre-study that accelerates the decision-making process.
The complete installation generally takes 1 day. Our specialized technicians master the process and work efficiently to minimize disruption on your site.

This speed is possible thanks to:

• Our 30 years of expertise
• Our mastered installation processes
• Our teams of specialized technicians
• The modularity of our integrated toilet kit
• Complete preparation during the preparatory phase
1. On-site feasibility analysis: Our experts analyze your terrain, your building, and regulatory and environmental constraints.

2. Integration of our technical systems on plans: We integrate our integrated toilet kit into the architectural plans of your project.

3. Siting recommendations and technical advice: We formulate precise recommendations to optimize the operation of your toilet.

4. Creation of execution plans: We create detailed plans that will serve as the basis for the installation.

5. Exchanges with MOE and MOA: We coordinate with all project stakeholders to ensure alignment.

6. Simplified pre-study option: For small projects, we offer a rapid assessment.

The construction phase includes 3 main steps:

1. On-site visits by our teams: Our technicians will visit your site to verify the conditions for hosting and installation.

2. Installation and connection of our systems: Our specialized technicians install and connect all components of the technical system.

3. Commissioning and functional verification: We verify that all systems are working correctly and that the toilet is ready for users.
We offer two ventilation solutions:
Natural ventilation (standard):
• Zero electricity
• Zero operating costs
• Based on 3 natural forces: chimney effect, atmospheric pressure difference, thermal inertia
• Works in all conditions, even extreme ones
• Completely eliminates odors
Electric ventilation (option):
• For sites requiring assisted ventilation
• Can be powered by photovoltaic panels or the electrical grid
• Ensures optimal ventilation in all conditions
During the preparatory phase, we analyze your site to recommend the best solution.

Our operations team supports you from the very beginning—coordinating with your local earthwork contractors using a specific procedure for each model—all the way through to the completion of your project with an installation report. Our teams of technicians handle the installation and manage the job site throughout the day.

Our customers can arrange for a local earthwork contractor, but we will send our team of technicians to supervise the job site and ensure the sanitary block is up to standard.
Yes, in most cases, local governments are able to obtain grants and subsidies. In fact, thanks to all the water savings achieved by SANISPHERE toilets, many organizations can assist you such as regional and departmental governments , as well as funds like the ERDF, LEADER, and ADEME grants to finance these toilets directly or as part of a development project.
